Position Overview

Nano Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales activities and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and freight forwarding sales, proven leadership capabilities, and a successful track record of achieving revenue targets.

The sales manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
  • Oversee key account management and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain sales.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or sales leadership role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and logistics services.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development objectives.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management and account development experience.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
