Nano Smart Logistics LLC is a fast-growing freight forwarding and logistics company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, providing comprehensive supply chain solutions across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Road Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing services.
As part of our expansion strategy, we are building a high-performance business development team to support our UAE operations. This position will be based remotely from our Alexandria office while supporting the Dubai sales team and customer portfolio.
Successful candidates who consistently achieve performance targets may be considered for future career opportunities and relocation to Dubai.
Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and sales-driven Telesales & Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities and support revenue growth for our Dubai office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, conducting outbound sales calls, generating qualified leads, preparing freight quotations, and creating new sales opportunities for our field sales team.
This role is highly performance-oriented with clear targets related to Revenue, Gross Profit (GP), and Freight Volume (FFE).
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Contact potential customers in the UAE and international markets to introduce Nano Smart Logistics services.
- Qualify leads and identify customer logistics requirements.
- Schedule appointments and business meetings for the Dubai sales team.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare and follow up on freight quotations and pricing requests.
- Support customers with basic freight and logistics information.
- Work closely with the ground sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and opportunity conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to:
- Qualified Leads
- Revenue Generation
- Gross Profit (GP)
- Freight Volume (FFE)
- Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or business development.
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.
- Strong telephone communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in speaking with customers, decision-makers, and business owners.
- Ability to build relationships and generate business opportunities remotely.
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Experience preparing quotations and pricing proposals is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Alexandria residents are preferred.
