Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through customized logistics solutions.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who can manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and customer acquisition to account management and contract negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote Nano Logistics Egypt’s services and strengthen brand presence in the market.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers within the logistics and network sectors.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to understand their logistics needs.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
• Prepare competitive quotations and logistics proposals using company-approved templates.
• Manage the complete sales process, including pricing discussions, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Follow up on business leads, projects, and market opportunities to generate new revenue streams.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or supply chain services.
• Strong understanding of ocean freight, air freight, and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand business needs.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
• Military service completed or exempted (for male candidates).
